For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago. Ephesians 2:10

I was completely mesmerized when I recently came across the Japanese artist, Riusuke Fukahori. Each of these amazing three-dimensional goldfish works of art are made by using a process of painting and poured resin.

Watching this short video, The Salvation of Goldfish and the pain-staking process that the artist engages in to create each masterpiece, reminded me of how we are God’s masterpiece. We are His workmanship.

This artist uses a paintbrush, paint, resin and even a broom. What is God using in your life?

Is He using a circumstance, a relationship or a struggle?

Does it seem each part of His ‘creative’ process in your life will never end?

It will.  And when He is done, how magnificent you will look! And you won’t just sit on a shelf or hang on a wall. Your purpose is to do great things which was His plan all along. LH
